Several Methods Reduced Stress
Although it is not possible to emphasize completely eliminated, there are some things we can do to reduce them. Here are effective means for reducing stress in the day.
1st Slow down and in the present. It is natural to think that the harder you work, the more you do. However, when it may appear paradoxical, if you are a slow and steady pace, with full awareness, then you are probably better with fewer mistakes - and feel better while doing it!
2nd Set limits. Are you the go-to person for every question and favors, which is required in your workplace? Know your limits respectfully put and say no. Also, take a look at the calendar and make sure that you are not over-scheduling for the work. Write a night of the week for them, and treat yourself to a Tai Chi or meditation class, a bathroom, or even just an evening curled up with a good book.
3rd Remember to breathe deeply throughout the day. Most people who are under a lot of stress and tension breathe shallow, up in the throat area. If you breathe deeply into your lungs, you are naturally more oxygen in the activation and energy in your body.
Try to remember to breathe: set your intention to 10 deep breaths once per hour. (If necessary, a timer, so you will remember.) It will only take a minute, but the rewards are tenfold.
4th Bring nature inside. As much as possible, allow natural light and fresh air through your work area. Surround yourself with inspiring colors of the flowers, which have a strong influence on a person’s mind-set. A beautiful bouquet of flowers can lift a less-than-pleasant mood and even eliminate stress. In fact, one study has shown that people who sat next to a colorful arrangement of flowers were able to relax more during a five-minute typing assignment than those who sat in the vicinity of foliage-only plants.
5th Treat yourself to a time-out. Take the breaks that you get. In this high-paced world, people often work through their breaks and claimed that she had too much to do - this will lead to serious repercussions on the future.
Remember that you are a human being, not a machine. Even a machine needs downtime for maintenance! Try a 15-minute powernap on your lunch break. If you only have five minutes to spare, close the eyes. Even in this short rest can help reduce stress and relax.
6th Meditation brings relaxation. Meditation gives your body a break and produced slower brain waves that are similar to sleep, the effective combating of tensions. Regular practice of meditation, Tai Chi, yoga or helps you slow down and bring peace, not only in your job, but also in your life. • Find ways to move the whole day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Drink a glass of water from the water cooler every hour. Park your car a few blocks away from where you started. Not only will perk your energy, but also improve your mood.
• If it is a beautiful day outside, outdoor lunch or just a walk around the block. The fresh air and the break from the routine is an invigorating addition to your workday.
