Although it is not possible to emphasize completely eliminated, there are some things we can do to reduce them. Here are effective means for reducing stress in the day. 1st Slow down and in the present. It is natural to think that the harder you work, the more you do. However, when it may appear paradoxical, if you are a slow and steady pace, with full awareness, then you are probably better with fewer mistakes - and feel better while doing it!
